I do not know any country which prevented its intellectual energies, doctors, engineers… from serving their country except Algeria!

The purpose of the unjustly and unfairly modification of the constitution clause done by the president Bouteflika during his term was to prevent his opponents from reaching the authority during his governance, as an example The deceased Ait Ahmed, the President of FSS.

The president Bouteflika hates intellectuals and academic people, he worked to codify this matter so intellectual Algerians from the diaspora cannot challenge him to take over the power.

You should understand now, why nearly one million university graduates and intellectuals left the country under Bouteflika presidential terms!

The goal is to empty the Algerian Society from all creative, productive people and ambitious ideas for the change.

Bouteflika kept in Algeria, only the intellectuals who surrendered to his orders or are just trying to live and don’t care (I want to live in peace and I want to stay out of it).

I will cancel all illegal amendments which prevent the citizen of Algeria, whatever his place of residence, from contributing to the reconstitution of his country.

I will delete the article from the constitution which obligate candidate running for the presidency to live in the country before the elections for many years.

What’s about doctors studying abroad? For the media people and intellectuals who were forced to work outside the country ??
